Introduction to Table Tennis

This Program is targeting the youngest players who expressed their interest to Table Tennis Sport. Introduction to Table Tennis is a fun program which focuses on development of the ball feeling and handling. Playing many different relays and fun games participants will improve their hand- eye coordination as well as  learn generic rules of Table Tennis and basics of the game. Increase their physical and emotional potential. The duration of Program- 1 month (1 hour practice twice a week).   Age groups: 7-9 and 10-12. Participants are recommended to bring their own racquets and wear appropriate athletic apparel.

  • Bouncer
  • Ready Position Introduction
  • Mirror Footwork
  • Forehand/ Backhand Introduction
  • Round the table
  • Service Introduction
  • Basic Rules Introduction
